Seriously impressive. I pulled a similar stunt on my wife for Christmas year before last. Model car and in the box was the key to a real one parked around the corner. She still hasn't forgiven me.

That is an awesome present.
My parents saw the Shuttle launch from about 20 miles away in their hotel. They said it was breathtaking even that far away as it just lights up the sky.

I know I'm very lucky and still in shock...... mind you if this weekend is anything to go by I may not get to see the shuttle go up! Endeavour was meant for a Friday launch but was delayed until this morning.

Lucky guy. Glad you'll (hopefully) get to see the Shuttle launch before it is decommissioned (aren't they all on their last launch cycle?).
