Well clearly something needs to be done for everyone's sake, and it sounds like there's a market for the meat, so get on with it.

There is already a large market sending them to the middle east for arabic cuisine. They certainly could sell it here in the UK. It is probably quite lean and healthy, certainly free range. :D
