Since coming to uni and being spoilt with a shop dedicated to loose tea (and coffee of course), I've become rather addicted to the stuff.
I love assam, when I found out how to brew it just right it was the best thing in the world. It's a nice easy tea, very drinkable.
More commercially, I'll happily drink PG Tips or Yorkshire tea, I've been known to drink Tetleys (sp?) too.

I'm just sitting up at the uni drinking some spiced winter red tea, and it is very very nice stuff!

Assam is my favourite too. I've also been known to enjoy a nice "English Breakfast" I really like Chinese White tea but have a uggbre of a job finding it here. I tend to steer clear of fruit teas, but I really enjoy mint tea and sometimes ginger root tea which is brilliant for when you've overeaten or feel nauseous.

The worst tea ever IMO is a toss up between feverfew for headaches, it's bitter and generally revolting (although the fact that it works is an annoying inconvenience) and jasmine tea, I just don't get flowers being made into tea, and this from a herbalist

I have a few English Breakfast, Assam, Darjeeling and Earl Grey, though no one favourite.

I seem to recall Alex posted a method to create the 'perfect' cup of tea back on the Dennis boards...It would be interesting to read that again...
The spiced winter tea tasted a lot like Chai tea, which I also quite like.

I thought it was you, it said something about leaving the tea bag to stand for two minutes and not bashing it against the side of the mug...

Roiboos tea, probably with vanilla, although orange is also good.
