Meh

Wont work properly, SE have their finger in too many pies, Android, WM and their on bastard OS. They would need PSN on at least the first and last..... can't see them getting it on the middle one. And it would have to be an identical UX which tbh would be near impossible, not to mention expensive.

Then there is the issue of games running on different handsets....

Apple have made a huge splash in the mobile games market, they have gained more developers than Nintendo has lost from their Wii programme. There aren't a lot of "gamer" games on the iPhone, but thousands of fun little games, which is turning into a huge market. Sony probably see a way of extending their revenue generation services.
