Best Lego set you've ever owned

I like the Lego Creator series. Its not as clever as Technic and aimed at a younger crowd I guess but it feels like Lego as I remember it. I made the Race Rider set and it was proper blocks not pre-fab panels.

The alt modes are very good too, and the bike is bigger than you think

Those are class, and I'm not sure if it's from the Creator series, but I got the nephew some sort of sports car for £9 from our local Tesco, so have a look there ;)

It probably was. They do the tiny sets from the Creator series like the plane. I was tempted but I figured for 3 of the tiny £3.99 sets I could get the sportscar or similar. My missus got me the Race Rider at Xmas for fun when she got me the big lego book I mentioned earlier. It was really fun building the models (and trying to make up my own) and I really want to get some more! [/big kid]
