I have to say I don't actually like Firefox, but I use it for web development. Why? Because of the plugins. Web Developerhttp://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/Full of useful bits and bobs, including resizing the window to fit various screen sizes. ScribeFirehttp://www.scribefire.com/A free (for now) blogging plugin. Much more useful and powerful than fighting my way through the Blogger interface. Now, if either of those was available for Safari, I'd not be using Firefox at all. I certainly don't use FF for day-to-day browsing.

Xmarks - synchronises bookmarks across all of your browsers and PC's - I've got a Desktop and a laptop - the laptop runs Ubuntu and the desktop dual-boots Vista and Ubuntu. I also use Flock on both as well as Vanilla firefox, so this keeps my bookmarks up to date.
Adblock Plus, of course
I'm also quite fond of Stumbleupon. It's great for visiting sites you wouldn't normally see.
