The implication, one assumes, is that there's nothing going on at Fukushiima that's more important than a UN vote to effectively go to war against the Libyan regime. Although I would also suggest implementing a no-fly zone at this point is the only idea I've heard today that even stupider tan trying to refill a fuel rod pool by dropping water out of helicopters from about 300 yards. But that's for another thread no doubt. Jon

What's the general rule of thumb, 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food? One of those and a typical person is dead.

This is geniusFor the record, official statements have said no staff received a dose bigger than 250mSV total, and levels near the reactors have averaged around 4mSV/hour, although spikes have been registered in the reactor buildings, one up to 400mSV.
