And what does that mean?

The implication, one assumes, is that there's nothing going on at Fukushiima that's more important than a UN vote to effectively go to war against the Libyan regime. Although I would also suggest implementing a no-fly zone at this point is the only idea I've heard today that even stupider tan trying to refill a fuel rod pool by dropping water out of helicopters from about 300 yards. But that's for another thread no doubt.

War trumps glowing Japanese, unless radioactive spiders are involved.

Survivor Found After 8 Days  :o

News CLICKY

That's amazing. He must have had access to some sort of water. Doesn't your brain shut down after 3/4 days without it?

EDIT

Turns out it isn't true.
Quote:
Meanwhile, earlier reports that a man had been pulled from the rubble after eight days proved to be untrue.

Kyodo news agency said the man had been in an evacuation centre previously and had returned home when he was found by rescuers.

What's the general rule of thumb, 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food? One of those and a typical person is dead.

This is genius
For the record, official statements have said no staff received a dose bigger than 250mSV total, and levels near the reactors have averaged around 4mSV/hour, although spikes have been registered in the reactor buildings, one up to 400mSV.
