Ah, spoke too soon!

It's now also updated a bunch of apps including Chrome and Keyboard.

Chrome now has full screen without a hack - yay!

Doesn't 4.3 support Trim?
Should stop it slowing down over time?

I haven't researched, and I was unaware that was an issue.

Might explain the random lag on my HTC I've been unable to account for. :?

Think I'll go for a nexus for my next phone. Google are much better than other manufactures ( other than Apple ) for providing software updates.

Did I read that the contract went to Asus this time?

Re updates, I've never owned a device that's had a major update :(

My iPad has had at least two big updates and my iPhone has had a couple of minor updates. I am considering keeping the iPhone till it has no more life in it, so can expect a few more major updates from now on.

I doubt it'll the next one. I'll be able to get two or three more years out of my current phone.

I'd wear it, but then I'm not "cool".

I have no doubt that it will get far, far better in future iterations.

It does look like something from one of the later Universal Soldier films or something.

Is something happening on the 16th of September?

Ever since getting the 4.2 patch, there a message on my unlock pad saying something's coming on the 16th.
My guess is the Nexus 5, but it could easily be something else.
