I've got £2 of Amazon Android credit and can't think of anything worth buying (I Android play games once in a blue moon)

I'm on a few, but it's a case of having somewhere to go in this crappy country AND catching a film before someone ruins it for me.

What's on my mind is YouTube's introduction of a flickering effect that is triggered when you click the Like button. Really annoying. Either that or there's something wrong with my iMac!
Edit: Hmm. Doesn't seem to happen with Firefox. Oh dear....

My frustration with the cinema continues - thought 'well, I'll go and see that Kevin Costner thriller'. Turns out it's one of those now generic Luc Besson-associated films, only directed by McG...

I need to build a wick on my new dripper. However I need to make it from cotton wool.
I really can't stand cotton wool, I'm getting stressed just thinking about it

Just found out one of my favourite patients died last night. Unexpected. Has really knocked me. Just been to visit the widow.

Thanks. It was unexpected since I managed to get him into a state where he could do all his daily jobs as well as look after his wife who has just been diagnosed with dementia. In some ways, it would have been better if she had gone because she now has to face old age and dementia and loss of independence all in one go.

Some dire films have been added to Prime recently - the sort of thing with badly photoshopped covers and/or someone discovered they still had the rights to sell
