last week out of the blue I lost hearing in my right ear and made doc appointment which is today as I thought it was wax or something, doesnt seem to be wax tho but today just now now my left ear hearing is gone and im kinda freaking out, appointment is 4pm, should I go back to docs asap or have to wait it out til afternoon? its kinda frightenting considering websites say its permanant  wasnt near anywhere loud when it happaned

I'd probably recommend going straight to a doctor without an appointment and not leaving until you've been seen.

How much gone? If you tap your left ear can you hear the tap? Or is it completely 100% gone?
I had this a few years ago. I completely lost the hearing in my left ear.
I went privately to get it checked and he referred me for a high red CT scan. They couldn't find anything. I was told it would likely be permanent.
In the hearing test I was told that they had put sound into my left ear that would hurt most people and I still didn't hear it.
Anyway, after about 10 weeks (ish) it very slowly started coming back.
When I went back to see the guy he was surprised.

A piece of advice Bratty, don't stand so close to that WWII ordinance when you blow it up... Or wear ear protectors

sorry/excuse me in french silly freakout for nothing, apparently its just wax, heard a pop and left ear sound came back but right still gone, olive oil time
